Art teacher Victor Robinson, now sadly deceased, seats in a very typical
pose from around 1971-72. The girl in the background is Claudia Greene,
who was a very talented artist and spent most of her free time in the art
studio down by the lake. Victor was a very popular teacher who had great
rapport with his students. At times, the art studio seemed more like a
refuge or clubhouse than a classroom. There were always heated debates
and lively banter on any and every subject you could think of, with Victor
serving as either moderator/peacekeeper or instigator/bomb-thrower,
depending on his mood. [Photo credits: daughter, Maura Robinson, CLS'71]
